Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • The Netherlands: Next day delivery

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotions or special offers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees required by UK authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery if applicable.
